Caring for your tiles
Simple routines to keep each type of tile looking good for years.
Sweep or vacuum floors, then mop with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid bleach, vinegar and acidic cleaners, especially on stone and grout.
Low maintenance and stain resistant. A neutral cleaner is all you need. For grout haze after installation, use a dedicated haze remover.
Reseal every one to two years, or when water stops beading on the surface. Wipe up spills like wine, oil and citrus quickly.
Clean with a soft cloth and neutral cleaner. Unglazed handmade tiles should be sealed and resealed periodically, like stone.
Seal cement grout to keep it clean, or choose an epoxy grout in showers and splashbacks for the easiest upkeep.
